Moulin de Passais exclusive lake bookings for the use of the whole lake and cottage is 2,000€ (c. £1,700) for the week (Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am) up to a maximum of four people.

Summer season – beginning of April to end October.
For additional guests, up to a maximum of 8 guests, we will make a supplementary charge to cover the additional occupancy. Each additional adult is 145€ (c. £125), each additional child aged between 12 and 17 is 60€ (c. £50), and children under 12 are free.

Your group can hire the shepherd’s hut as a bolt-on in the summer for an additional 250€ for the week (c. £220). Remember, it sleeps up to two. We will ask for a deposit of 400€ when you book to secure your date.

Winter season – beginning of November to end of March
We also offer exclusive use of the lake and shepherd’s hut for winter sessions.

Choose any dates you like for 150€ (c. £130) per 24 hour period (minimum 48 hours’ stay). For stays of 7 nights, the price is 1,000€ (c. £880). We will ask for a minimum of 50% deposit when booking a winter session.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way, so we ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule your holiday, please provide us with as much notice as possible. We will return 50% of your deposit if you cancel up to 16 weeks before your holiday and if you cancel within 16 weeks of your holiday, you will unfortunately lose all of your deposit.
