Moulinots Carping Lake

Covering approximately 19 acres, our lake features depths ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 meters and is surrounded by beautiful tree-lined banks and abundant vegetation. Since opening in March 2002, Etang des Moulinots offers 12 swims, including two doubles, with a maximum of 10 anglers plus the bailiff. This setup provides each angler with more than 1.9 acres of private fishing space, ensuring both flexibility and an exceptional experience.

Originally used for fish farming, the lake was drained and restocked in late 2001 to focus on growing larger carp, with some now reaching up to 65 lbs. Notably, the lake is free of poisson chat and crayfish, offering a clean and enjoyable fishing environment.

Throughout our 23 years of operation, we’ve continually improved the venue by refurbishing swims, enhancing vehicle access, and upgrading facilities. The lake is home to 230–260 carp, with over 70% of them weighing more than 35 lbs, providing anglers with a truly remarkable experience.
